Job description
Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Providing technical support across the company.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Setting up accounts/Desktops for new users.
Troubleshooting issues with Network Connectivity
Requirements of this Post:
Relevant IT tertiary qualification.
At least three years’ experience as an IT Support Technician.
Problem-solving and attention to detail skills
Basic knowledge of O365 Apps will be an advantage
